RIDDLE 5: SURVEY

A pollster goes to a house where it is attended by a woman and he asks him.
How many children has she got? Three she says.
Which are their ages? The product of the ages is 36 and the sum of the ages is the number of the house. The number of the house is 13.
The pollster goes away but to the moment it returns and says to the woman that the information that it gave to him is insufficient, the woman thinks and says to him that the major one studies piano.

This is sufficient in order that the pollster knows the ages of the children. Which are?
